I got an encouraging PM from the person in charge of the Be The First challenge and that encouragement made me decide to just sit down, reread Omina again and give the project another go. Can't promise anything for the last two chapters, but I did manage to write the two last poems of October tonight and like that, I actually have 10 finished chapters done. Tomorrow, after my social worker has been here, I'll sit down and get some planning done, so I might actually be able to get started on chapter 11 where exciting and horrific things are gonna happen. Looking very much forward to that.

For now, just really satisfied and happy that I actually managed to return to this. I was getting a wee bit worried that it would be one of those almost-but-not-quite things that I have so many of, dragging behind me.
