Good things that have happened...

After receiving comments and edits from my beta,

pipisafoat, yesterday, I put up a draft of my edited first chapter of my NaNoWriMo fic, Humility, on AO3 today, ready to get posted on Sunday. I will post a new chapter every Advent Sunday this December, so it's up before X-mas, being only four chapters long. I received so much encouragement from them and now feel pretty pumped about finally being able to share this project in full with you. I honestly think it's some of the best writing I've done, if I must toot my own horn. pip's comments only added to this sense of accomplishment, so I'm ready and excited to post it on Sunday, keep a look out! I'll link it here.

Despite a very poor start to the day, I managed to write four stories for my gf's X-mas calendar and am now more than halfway through the 25 prompt table. Very excited about this, too. First story gets unlocked on Sunday as well, so a lot of happy things are happening this weekend.

I made this icon! Found this beautiful promotional banner on the Royal Danish Theatre's website and had to icon it. It's Kizzy Matiakis as Marguerite and Alexander Bozinoff as Armand, the cast I saw twice in 2019. They were a collective masterpiece, pretty much. To this date, the best individual performances of the characters I've seen and unequalled together, too. There's a talkshow with Kizzy and another retired principal ballerina, Amy Watson, up on the Royal Danish Theatre's streaming website where a segment of the purple pas de deux from The Lady of the Camellias with Kizzy and Alexander is shown and I just rewatched it this evening and was so inspired by it. Even with some visible slip-ups, it's the best version of the PDD I've seen. The acting is superior to anything. Even Susanne.
