I've been absent from here a month or so, mostly because the disability process has been crazy demanding and I've been on the edge of all reason over it, not much energy for anything else. However, this Friday we had our last meeting about it, so now I just need my social worker to gather all the papers and send them to me, for a read-through and approval. This week I have off, so I can hopefully relax a little before that final stretch on the other side.
Furthermore, my gf has started her vacation and is relaxing max, having only had to deal with a few things with my appointments and such. She's doing an interesting writing project, an immense Star Wars fanfic, and I'm following it unfold on the sideline. I hope she gets to really just wind down with it and enjoy the creation process. She's also inspired me to start writing something of my own again, an original fic about an old universe she and I used to work in, but have since discarded. Did some reworking of a character from it and am now on page 17 of a fic that'll probably be at least double that lengh. Very excited about that.
Today, I have plans to see a friend of mine. While K. has plans with her parents, so we'll both be preoccupied. Hopefully, we'll get to catch up on writing when we go to our favourite café tomorrow to write all morning. It usually works really well for us to get away from home.

Getting relatively little RP'ing done these days. Again, it's a question of energy preserval. However, I have gotten back onto Plurk, so the social part of the hobby is fulfilled again.
