Here's my current playlist for Timachus. Everything I write for him, all the RPing I do with him, is to the tunes of these songs. Very different in style, but they all have that feeling of ritual and religion and reverence about them. A grandness? I think that's the word I'd use.

WHAT'S GOING ON IN RL
Oh, how we have adulted today. So much adulting. I feel like someone with a good pension and everything...

We cleaned the apartment today, top to bottom. It's now sparkling clean and it's such a lovely way to start the vacation, so we won't have to worry about that day to day. We also turned in all our bottles, got the groceries (for the entire week) and now we are completely knackered. OMG.

The rest of the day is hereby dedicated to escapism, writing, RP'ing and what have you. Things that are not adulting at all.

WHAT'S GOING ON IN FANDOM/RP
I've gotten started on writing Timachus more, putting up another fic with him and a Sappho-replica version of his poetry. Might write some of his actual poetry, no fragments, some other time, too. Am slowly gaining more of a feel for his voice, and definitely a feel for his thought processes and his feelings, what's important to him, what isn't... Hoping to be able to bring him out on the RP stage more, but fantasy characters are always hit or miss, if it's not urban fantasy of some kind. Luckily, K. is doing the same work on his lover, Otanius, so maybe soon we'll get to RP them together some! That is going to be amazing, whenever it be.

That said, I'm one prompt from having finished the first line (diagonal this time) on my

genprompt_bingo table, that's fast! Am going to try writing the last one today, I have another idea for a Timachus fic and it's very inspirational, for me to combine it with character work and research. Makes the challenge easier.
